All done with IUI #2

Today's IUI was much easier than our last one, thank God. We didn't have the emotional shock factor, which was nice. And I was actually able to get my body to relax enough for Dr. Q to quickly get the catheter in without too much trouble. There was some discomfort, but it was not nearly as bad as it was last month. I think that taking some ibuprofen beforehand helped. ::sigh of relief::

Looked like two of the eggs released earlier today, and there was one still showing on my ovary during the ultrasound. Dr. Q said it would probably release shortly after the IUI. We've got 35 million of Ryan's best in my ute right now - Godspeed my little friends! :)

  1. Hi Sweetie,

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a little over 3 years now. It has been rough! My hubby is in the military and the military docs aren't the greatest at helping us get what we need. We are currently at a stand still for my blood pressure ( trying to lower it) then hopefully we will be moving on to clomid. I really appreciated your blog! Its so encouraging to read someone elses posts who struggle just like I do! I am praying for you guys!!! I really hope this cycle of IUI works!!! God Bless you and your hubby and your Search for Baby Miller!!! xoxox

  2. Wow, 35 mil! Those are great numbers! We are currently in the 2ww of IUI #1 and are facing MFI and "poor ovulation." Thanks for your posts and your openness about everything. I especially appreciated the posts about what to say/not say to couples struggling with infertility.
Praying this cycle is the one for you!

  3. Thank you ladies! Sorry that you're in the infertility boat too. But, at the same time, it is nice to have company, isn't it? Hope that you're treatment this cycle works!
